The Dreams Vault is a biproduct of the Dreams System, developed by Dane Espegard, which helps teams achieve extraordinary results.
In 2023, Dane realized one of his dreams hiking the backcountry of Montana with Ali and two other buddies. During that trip he shared his vision for the Dreams Vault. A few months later Ali reached out and offered to help him build the platform.

The Dreams Team
Dane has developed a culture centered around "Dreams" that has led to consistent and explosive growth within his business. He brings this successful, people-oriented method to market in his latest book, The Dream Machine, so that other leaders can benefit from the extraordinary transformation of their teams and businesses.
Dane Espegard is a passionate husband and father first. He is married to his wife, Brookelynn, and they are raising three little people, Elin, Izzi and Sunny. He is from Wisconsin but now resides just outside Austin, TX. He and his family love spending time traveling.
Ali is a "dreamer" by nature. He's an avid sleep dreamer (almost every night), and he lives a lifestyle fueled by the pursuit of personal dreams.
Ali is also a focused family man. He is married to his wife, Gabrielle, with two children - Everest and Sepia. They live in Denver, CO and maximize their time outdoors. The Jafarians enjoy hiking, traveling, hot tubs, Marvel movies and investing time with family.
